             I, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following conditions of consigning with Fabulous Finds, Inc:

            The item(s) will be consigned to Fabulous Finds Consignment for a period of 90 days, starting the day that the inventory is put on the floor.  Prices will be set by management at the time of consignment.

            All clothing must be current style, in clean, smoke free, excellent condition, free of stains and wrinkles.  Home furnishings must be clean, in good condition and in working order.  Any items not accepted by Fabulous Finds must be picked up within five days of the drop off date or they will be donated or disposed of. 

            If consigned items are sold within the 90-day period, the consignor receives 50% of the purchase price.  Merchandise not sold within the 90-day period MUST be picked up within 14 days after consignment end date. If not picked up on the 104^th day it will become the property of Fabulous Finds Consignment and will be disposed of at the discretion of management.  PLEASE NOTE:  If you, the consignor, want your clothing back after the 90-day consignment period, you will only be paid 40% of the sale price on your merchandise.

            Furniture and home décor may be marked down at the discretion of management.  Small items most likely will be priced without a markdown and placed on the floor.  If the item is still here after 90 days, it may go to the 50% off area for quick sale.  The staff of Fabulous Finds reserves the right to reduce prices for special sales or to make a sale.  All items not picked up by 134 days of the consignment date will subject to donation.

            Checks are available to be picked up in person on the 5^th of each month, as long as the credit due is $25.00 or more.  A dollar will be deducted from each check for a processing fee. Consignors may spend their credit in the store at any time, regardless of the amount.  Checks not picked up by the 15^th of the month will be mailed.      

            I hereby warrant that I have complete title to the merchandise listed and that I will not hold Fabulous Finds Consignment responsible for any claim or title to it.  I also understand that Fabulous Finds Consignment assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to listed merchandise by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause.
